Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act — Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.
Our position. Prunes Roomie LLC does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in CCPA/CPRA §1798.140(ad) and (ah). This page and the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer are provided because California law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.135) requires them regardless of whether a business sells or shares.
Notice at Collection
We collect the categories of personal information listed in our Privacy Policy — identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation, professional or employment information, and, for identity verification, government-ID images and biometric identifiers processed by our verification vendor. We use these only for the purposes disclosed at the point of collection and retain them per the retention schedule published in our Privacy Policy and the Biometric Retention Policy.
Your California Rights

- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not conduct either; this right is preserved for you regardless).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a verifiable consumer request through your account's Privacy → Data Request panel, or email privacy@prunesroomie.com. We respond within 45 days as required by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130(a)(2), with one 45-day extension permitted where reasonably necessary. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with signed permission.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request under 11 CCR §7025. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser, effective immediately on receipt.
