Refund policy

Terms version v1 · last updated —

1. The 14-day refund window

You may request a refund on any paid transaction (subscription charges, listing credits, match contact-reveal fees, contract fees) within 14 calendar days of the payment date. Requests submitted inside the window are reviewed by our Chief Financial Officer or Finance team.

2. Nonrefundable after day 15

Purchases become nonrefundable at 00:00 UTC on day 15 from the payment date. This is strictly enforced by the system — refund requests submitted after the window closes will be automatically marked nonrefundable_out_of_window. Reversals of already-processed refunds are also only permitted inside the 14-day window.

3. Contract cancellation on refund

If a refund is approved and successfully processed on a payment tied to a signed contract or subscription, the linked contract will be automatically cancelled and both parties will be notified in-app.

3. Contract cancellation on refund

If a refund is approved and successfully processed on a payment tied to a signed contract or subscription, the linked contract will be automatically cancelled and both parties will be notified in-app.

4. Prorated refunds

Prorated (partial) refunds are not currently offered. Refund requests will be reviewed against the full payment amount. The CFO may enable prorated refunds at any time; this page reflects the live policy state.

5. Payment reversal failures

If the payment provider fails to reverse funds (e.g. expired card, closed account), the refund is marked failed and you will be notified with the reason so the CFO can issue an alternative payment method reversal — still bound by the 14-day window.

6. Pricing changes

Published pricing is controlled by the Chief Financial Officer via the Finance console. Any change to plan pricing, listing credit bundles, or feature fees requires CFO / Finance role authorization and is versioned alongside this policy.

7. How to request a refund

Signed-in members can request a refund from Refund requests. Include your transaction reference and reason. You will receive an in-app notification when the CFO reviews the request.
